Joe Jonas debut single “See No More” definitely has people anticipating what’s next. The single speaks to the masses saying, yes, some Disney kids do have the potential of their predecessor Justin Timberlake. It can happen kids! It’s not all rehab and bad music from here. Joe debuted his official music video two days ago on E! and today it is hitting the internet with his official VEVO channel. It’s all happening so fast! What inquiring minds want to know, when did E! start playing music videos and when is MTV going to start again?

The plot of the video is simple. Joe got burned by a girl so he obviously burns a house down in suburbia. Although we don’t see Joe actually lighting a match one can just think that he was watching the season 3 finale of Weeds and got inspired. The girl in the video dancing about sure looks like Nancy Botwin. All she is missing is an ice coffee or diet coke. The video also resembles Justin Timberlake’s Cry Me a River. Hopefully Joe continues on the same path that Timberlake took after leaving ‘N SYNC. But Joe here is a request for the future, If you are going to do movies that’s fine but please return to music (Justin!)

And we’re back! The new season of True Blood begins right where we left off. Sookie goes into the light and that’s probably the last time she will follow the light and a faerie ever again. Faeries are bad, ugly, and no bueno all around.

The writers of the show always do an excellent job of picking up the pieces but the problem is 3 months or so in Bon Temps has actually been 4 years in real life. Thank you writers for speeding up the time. However, most of the episode was devoted to seeing what happened to the other inhabitants of Bon Temps since Sookie was gone for a minute (13 months), the episode still felt a little short-sided. Possibly because this is the best summer show ever and just like any other viewer we’re just probably really excited that it’s finally back.

The good, the bad, and the questionable of the episode:

+/-/? Sookie in “Faeireland”.  As mentioned before Sookie was last seen walking into the light with Claudine, her faerie God-mother. I personally liked that the faeries were bad news but I wasn’t appreciative of how ugly they were. Creepy. The Faerieland Realm was weird. It was Narnia gone totally wrong. Completely opposite to Bon Temps. It didn’t fit. Will we see the last of them? Do we want to see the last of them? I can do without it.

-Sam and Tommy. I wish that they explained more to what happened between both of them. Yes, I can see the obvious but it was still kind of weird that Tommy was all clean-cut with Hoyt’s mother of all people. Didn’t Tommy hate Hoyt because he was hot for Jessica? Strange. Hopefully in the next coming episodes the explain exactly what happened right after Sam shot Tommy. We understand the aftermath just more details are needed. It’s just strange to come in to your brother’s restaurant eating biscuits and acting like everything is cool. The elephant in the room is screaming “Hello, you just shot me in the leg!” We’ll at least he’s not dead.

- Bill. What’s his deal? So I am guessing Queen Sophie-Ann is dead? How did that go down? Are we going to play catch-up Alan Ball? I mean Sookie lost 13 months of her life? I didn’t. Bill is too shady. Too my extensive knowledge of the Sookie Stackhouse novels, he’s not around so much. And by extensive knowledge, I mean Wikipedia.

+Jason and Sookie time. I miss Jason and Sookie time. Those two need to spend more time together. When they are together the chemistry and their banter are adorable. Their time spent is always short-lived. Hopefully Jason gets out of that icebox. Only Jason would get clocked over the head in some backwards commune and be locked in an icebox. Poor Jason.

-Tara. I like her hair and she seems to have find some positive way to release her anger but Tara needs to be Jason. Just saying. I miss Tara season one with Jason. She loved him so much. I mean, yeah he killed that guy she knew for two seconds but she knew him for two seconds. People get over a lot of things quickly in Bon Temps. She can to.

+Arlene and Terry. I love them. So glad that season four will have more of a story line for them. I think their baby should have a play date with Harrison Morgan (Dexter’s baby).

?Pam. Did anyone else feel short-changed with Pam this evening?

+ Eric. Thank you. Every word Eris speaks isn’t wasted. Even if it’s three words at. a. time.

? Where’s Alcide? How much is he involved in the books?

HBO is doing an awesome thing with HBOGO that you can now watch the next episode.

And our favorite Liars are back! As you can remember not so long ago (thank you AbcFamily for having a short hiatus) our Liars were definitely having a hard time. I mean everything came crashing down, including poor little Ian (sort of).

What I like about this series is it always keeps you guessing. Yes, I went on to wikipedia and read who A is because I couldn’t take it anymore but I am still confused. I can see who A is but I don’t think they are working alone. For example, for those of you have read the book, how can A throw Ian over like that? And most importantly HOW DOES A KNOW EVERYTHING! I mean EVERYTHING! It’s supernatural, a conspiracy. A is an Alien. It makes sense.

Let’s get on with our recap in our new plus, minus, and question mark  system:

+ Picking up the pieces. What I like about this series as that there are no moments later…cut to’s.  We are thrown right back where we left off. Bad thing is it’s still fall in Rosewood. I mean we haven’t spent a holiday with these girls yet. Do you think A will take Christmas off when it comes in season 5? Or do you think A would be a total Grinch? I can’t wait for the holiday related A text messages. (Submit yours here… it will be fun).

-Ezra Fitz. Give it a rest Mr. Fitz! I find the whole Mr. Fitz thing to be creepy now. Who uses a 16-year-old as a rebound? Ezra Fitz does. For gosh sake Ezra, put on a shirt! He is definitely trying to hard.Through the grapevine I heard Aria gets a new love interest. Hopefully not a creepy one like Noel Khan. Speaking of which…

+Noel Khan. Noel is back and he is definitely bringing back the creepy to the nth degree! How suspicious is that Noel and Mona pairing? Very. I really think that Noel is still involved with this A thing.

?Melissa’s pregnancy. So since we are still in some fall month in Rosewood, how far along is Melissa? Is anyone else catching this? In one of the last episodes of last season she looked really pregnant. Like really pregnant! And now not so much. Someone please explain, please. It keeps me up at night.

?Jenna and Garrett. What’s going on with them? I love how they were staking out in front of Alison’s house watching her brother. Yes, Jenna watching her brother. Jenna who is blind watching a house at night. Yes. (I know Garrett could have been telling her about it but I totally think that Jenna looked out the window before she answered the door when Spencer knocked–same episode!). Jenna is not blind! That’s my conspiracy theory.

Other than that there was another mystery at the end. Is Ian really dead? Is zombie Ian texting Melissa? I say no. It’s A and the Liars are falling back into another trap, again.

Another important side note: How many laws do you think A has broken in the course of the show? I mean last night she pulled a breaking and entering.

X-men: First class is currently this number one movie at the box office. I would like a personal thanks from Matthew Vaughn because I contributed to its success not only opening weekend but this weekend as well. The movie was that good! I’ve only seen three movies twice in the theater: Dark Knight, Twilight: New Moon and Shutter Island. Being a broke college student, seeing movies is a luxury. Seeing a movie two times, you’re like straight-up Donald Trump ballin’! You feel me?!

I really anticipated seeing the movie the first time. First of all it’s X-men. I love X-men! I think all girls whether a comic book junky or not, loves X-men. All my girl friends and I loved the animated series. Who didn’t love the animated series?! Even when they got weird (going into space and other strange things) it was still awesome. The original X-men (2000) was awesome too and X-men 2: X-men United was the most successful comic book movie sequel and for good reason. Then there are X-men 3: The Last Stand and X-men Origins: Wolverine. I am not even going to get into that because there are thousands of postings all over the internet and more qualified geeks to elaborate on how much of a disappointment the last installments were. But it’s all about First Class now, those other films are a fragment of our imagination.

There are several awesome elements of this movie. Some were noticeable right away and were appreciated after the second time around. Right off the bat what was noticeable is how awesome Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy are. McAvoy I am along with mostly everyone is familiar with but Fassbender is a drug I probably seen around before, tried it, and now I’m addicted.

Michael Fassbender. In my opinion he steals the whole movie. I couldn’t take my eyes off of him every second he was on-screen. Yes, this is a comic book movie and yes he is wearing a goofy helmet but he does it effortlessly. He brought this kind of James Bond swag to Magneto and it was hot! Between him and James McAvoy, they made Prof. X and Magneto fun. Their bromance is so powerful and your heart kinda breaks knowing (and seeing) they break up. Watching Fassbender in this movie made me go on a Fassbender binge. The man takes awesome pictures may I just say. If you are now smitten with him I do suggest watching Fish Tank (on Netflix watch instantly), it’s an awesome movie and he is completely hot in it.

There are other elements to the movie but I’m just grateful for Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy. I think without them, the movie wouldn’t have been so powerful. Here’s a list of the good, the bad, and the why (in our new plus, minus sign, and question mark form!)

+Michael Fassbender. Amazing

+James McAvoy. Prof. X never looked good.

+Nicholas Hoult. He’s come along way from Skins and About a Boy. American Accent to perfection

-Hank McCoy’s feet. Creepy and gross.

-Beast. I liked that he didn’t look like a cat and stayed kinda true to Kelsey Grammar’s Beast but poor Nicholas looks like he couldn’t talk in those teeth.

? Angel. Jury is still out. Zoe Kravitz was appreciated the second time around but the character reminded me of Peter Pan for some reason.

- The guy from Twilight. In true tradition of every major motion film (traditionally a horror film) the brother is the first one to go. Which I was completely pissed off about. I mean your name is Darwin and you adapt in order to survive, so why couldn’t you survive til the end of the movie. I think he had a total of 5 lines. His vampire character lasted way long in the Twilight series and still he was pathetic when he died in New Moon as well. Just saying.

- January Jones. There is a lot of hate going around with January Jones but I think it has a lot to do with her character. Emma Frost in my opinion is an awful character anyways but survey says that Ms. Jones is a pretty bad actress anyways.

?Kevin Bacon. He was appreciated the second time around for me. Awesome that he spoke German and Russian though.

+The 60′s. It never looked better.

- Evil henchmen. Riptide at least should have gotten a line.

A-

Glee, it’s been a long confusing season and I don’t mean Karovsky/Santana confusing I mean Britanny confusing. Mostly all season you seemed to disappoint, be repetitive and a cliché (Twitter gate wasn’t a big spoiler). It wasn’t just you though Glee, most people were in sophomore slumps (Vampire Diaries–what was that?) or failed to bring back momentum this season (Grey’s).  The reality TV hands down won this year. Jersey Shore was filled with more drama than people who actually write drama for a living could think of. And don’t get me started on Celebrity Apprentice with Gary Busey. Glee writer’s take note. (Totally take note: Gary Busey= Britanny’s Uncle or Dad, I’m getting my dues and you’re welcome).  But all in all, you(Glee) seemed to have some nice moments as well throughout the year and things I would never ever would like to sit through again.
Let’s recap!

Starting with the “Let Down’s”

- Jesse St. James. No more please. For some reason I never saw that episode where Jesse made an omelet out of Rachel but the guy is a totally douche anyways. He was never really a strong competition for Rachel. It made Finn look stupid fighting with him. Do you know what was cool? Finn and Puck fighting. That’s like equivalent to the whole Vin Diesel vs. The Rock in Fast Five in the Glee world. Even Sam vs. Finn (He’s like Paul Walker scrappy in comparisons to the latter  but he could hold his own). But Jesse St. James is not hot and totally looks like he’s not into girls. I mean Blaine was more convincingly into Rachel with his beer goggles than Jesse St. James is sans the goggles. But thank you writers, I think we saw the last of him. If you bring him back, it would be more pathetic than it was already. Like Billy Madison pathetic, not funny, sad.

- Lady Gaga “inspired” episodes. At this point of time, I feel on the fence since she did a great job and looked normal in her skits for season finale of SNL with Justin Timberlake but I’m still not gaga for GaGa. Why? Because she is  over played and overused by this show. She is not the answer to everything and there are other artist in the world besides Gaga, Madonna and Britney. I think I’m just mad because I want my real Michael Jackson tribute, some Whitney, Mariah, and Janet. (Basically some contemporary women and people of color music— I SAID IT!) And not just Gaga as well, I was pretty mad about the Bieber episode. That throw at least of the many towels in for me for the season. Bieber. Really? That was painful.

- Prom Queen. Funeral.Drama. Disappointment. Well, I know it was a big deal that an extra on the show spoiled who the prom queen and king was like she was passing notes in middle school English class (but in reality through the Internet where you English teacher isn’t going to catch you but the show runner is instead) but was it really that big of a spoiler. It was obvious! But what I thought would have been extremely obvious in the aftermath didn’t happen which was a disappointment. I thought Karovsky was going to die in funeral. Morbid? Yes. Depressing? Extremely! Would have been really good television? Obvious. And I wasn’t the only one who thought that.

-Holly Holiday. Cool in the beginning. Not so cool the second and third and how many times around. I really enjoyed Gwyneth busting out Cee-Lo. Totally unexpected and it was good! Hated the mash-up between “Singing in the Rain/ Umbrella”.

CUT TO:

-Mash-ups. STOP DOING THEM! SOMETHINGS JUST DON’T MIX WELL TOGETHER. DON’T MESS WITH A CLASSIC UNLESS YOUR NAME IS P.DIDDY or KAYNE.

Back to…

-Holly Holiday. I think her character should have come back like next year and not have dated Mr. Schue and definitely should have been a better sub. But thank you writers for solving that problem too. But she said would come back “whomp whomp”.

At this point I’m weighing my pros and cons and they are feeling a little bit heavy on one side but I want to hurry up and get to the “good” stuff. Let’s wrap the let downs up.

Let Downs in a nutshell:

I feel like this season along with some parts of last did not fully capture the pilot episode. All of sudden and correct me if I’m wrong, I feel like at some point it became a bad after school special. And by bad, I don’t mean cheesy like those back to school specials use to be, I mean bad: bad message and bad placement. It’s glee. Sing and be funny like you use to. Like all the time. No life lessons. Funny, funny times with singing. Glee was described in the beginning as a musical that beats High School Musical up and that was totally due to its comedy. WHERE WAS THE COMEDY?! TOO MUCH DRAMA. And as someone who was in chorus and musical theater for a majority of her adolescence and is of course is a human being whose been through high school, I know drama exist. High school sucked, I knew a crazier version of a Rachel, I probably wanted to beat her up like Santana.

My point is, I know the theatrics and it probably wasn’t that funny growing up but the show at least gave me the chance to look back at and laugh. Make me laugh again, please don’t be my friend.

On to the fun part.

The wonderful moments.

+Britanny. Heather Morris. I asked where the comedy was this year. I totally overlooked Ms. Heather Morris. Britanny is the funniest thing on this show and if it wasn’t for her I don’t know what I would have done. Since the first season I waited for her brilliant one liner which Heather Morris delivers effortlessly. Thank you for making her a regular and expanding on Britanny. Fondue for Two is pure genius! Seriously, if you add Gary Busey as a relative of her, you’ll thank me later. I’m talking to you Ian Brennan!

+Sam. I love the character Sam. I love Chord Overstreet. I love that Chord Overstreet’s name is Chord Overstreet. Chord! I loved when we were first introduced to Sam. I kinda was like ehhh with the Rocky Horror Picture Show. I love how he’s so dorky and his impersonations. Trouty Mouth is my jam!

Sam is my man and especially now because…..

+Mercedes and Sam. YESSSS!!!! Mercedes finally gets some! What a way to end the season and that’s the only reason especially from the season finale why this wasn’t a total bust! Poor Mercedes! What gives. So talented and so neglected. I really missed mad Mercedes from the pilot and second episode. Always on the verge to strangle Rachel, literally busting the windows out of Kurt’s car. Falling in love with Kurt? What was that?! And then you gave her Puck. I was totally feeling that. But what happened to that? It was like that Saved by the Bell episode when Zack and Lisa kissed and we never spoke about it again. In that episode, Santana was totally Screech. Puck is like an updated version of Zack Morris but with an A.C. Slater build. But I digress, Sam and Mercedes are totally cute. I couldn’t catch what Sam said after Mercedes and him saw Kurt and Blaine in coffee shop but I hope they don’t hide their relationship and I hope it lasts like Tina and Mike.

+Zizes and Puck. Another great couple. I love how Zizes has “tamed” Puck as has his tail between his legs. Their chemistry is so complimentary. More please.

I could go on all day with more things that I really couldn’t stand and things I liked but we would be here all day. I will just sum it up with the shows saving grace from the get go.

+Sue Sylvester. Thank you.

Glee. You sometimes disappoint me. A lot. But I still watch you for a hope of redemption. You try I know you do but please stick to what you know next year.

After watching all contenders I do have to say, I picked the wrong one .

I picked…

Oh Glee. I should have known better. I have been having a love/hate relationship with you lately and although you do fulfill some aspects you’re not completely satisfying anymore. I was going to go into my whole Edward Cullen reference with a vampire and tofu analogy but too lazy to research full wording. (If you’re a dork like me, you knew what I was talking about.)

Anyway, who was I kidding? I knew I wasn’t going to like this episode from the get-go. Please no more Gaga-inspired episodes. She is not Mother Teresa. She was exciting the beginning but now I’m so over her. She is not the answer to anything and there is no “Gaga” curriculum. And please don’t encourage you’re students to wear meat dresses…e coli, pink eye, I don’t know what else you can get from that but it’s a waste of time.

I could go on and on about the whole Gaga thing because I feel like there are other great songs and more things Glee should be doing. I think the show should be called Gleega. Everything Gaga and cliche= Glee.

So many wrong things about this episode. However there are some good. Let’s go: (New Plus and Minus system)

+ Rachel’s Marcia Brady moment. But seriously Finn didn’t hit her that hard.

- What is McKinely’s fine arts department budget? (Seriously?! In time when fine arts are being pulled out of this school these Glee kids have budget to boot! A full on orchestra ready at the command of Mr. Schue or Rachel Berry. It’s crazy! I need to teach there. Ohio is where the money is, apparently).
+ Lauren and Puck. I’m really routing for these two! They are so cute. Puck: “My permanent record has three volumes.”
- The Warblers. Dalton Academy bugs me. They are like the Stepford Wives of an all boys school. However, I’m sad to see them all go but now we’re stuck with Blaine. Warblers! Come back! Leave Blaine at Dalton!
+ Quinn. I really do enjoy the character. She’s not that bad after all. I didn’t think that the whole Lucy Caboosey story line was necessary but it showed that Quinn wasn’t one dimensional. Bravo Dianna Argon!
- Flash mob. Flash mob’s are cool. Flash mob’s that repeat the name Barbara Streisand over and over and
over again are pointless and horrific!
+ Sam. More Sam please. I love his horrible impersonations. I think Sam and Mercedes should get together. Both of them need love! Could you imagine their babies??

+++ I do have to commend the writers of Glee about Emma’s story line this week. I think it was an informative approach the mental illness and it was done tastefully. ++++

- In all, I had really negative feelings about this episode. I’m not going to talk about some agenda but I think their approach of being “Born this way” was wrong and too much. For example, the t-shirts just ruined it.  Yes, I went to the shirts, I am that literal. Some things you’re not “Born this way”. Brittany wasn’t born “Stoopid”, Puck’s man love wasn’t Stupid either and Artie didn’t appear out of his mother’s womb with glasses. I know I didn’t; I sat too close to the television (It’s true kiddos). I just think this was a just campy way to sing a song that is already campy and pointless anyways. Gaga doesn’t work all the time. And she didn’t last night and it really didn’t have to be 90 minutes long.

I think if Glee went this route, which they were trying to do, it would have been so much better.

What I should have watched:

The Voice!

I read on Vulture that so many people switched over from Glee to this show. I didn’t get the memo. I am now kicking myself for it.

I was kinda skeptical because with the way American Idol is just kicking a dead horse when it’s down, it’s the last music reality show that I needed. I mean Carson Daly (CARSON DALY-TRL-MTV PIONEER- CARSON DALY) is the host. If you grew up in MTV golden years you would know what that means. The man is a great host. That should have just won it over for me but it felt like too much. It seems a little bit too much of X-Factor/American Idol/ America’s Got Talent for me… but I was WRONG.

Yes there is that formula but there is one specific factor in it. The coaches (not judges), coaches are good. We have CeeLo, X-tina, and Adam Levine. They are KNOWN for their talent, not their gimmicks, although some may have failed them in the past (Christina) but their voice can stand alone and sets them apart from everyone else.

For those of you who missed. It’s really good and I think you would like it. Here’s the gist from the first night episode:

Concept:

For coaches (Xtina, Levine, CeeLo and Blake Shelton) first pick 8 contestants to be on their team from a blind audition. The coaches have their backs to the singers and if they like what they hear they hit a button, the bottom of their chair lights up “I Want You” and their Dr. Evil chair swivels around. If two or more coaches want to work with the contestant, the contestant themselves gets to choose. How amazing is that?! I mean you have to be amazing first of all to get the attention of those artist. But to PICK. Craziness.

And then they build their super team, have a dog fight (not literally PETA) and then someone wins money and contract. Blah. Blah. Blah. But good! I say check it out and hopefully Idol will go away.

I mean America (yes, US) should take a few notes from the Brits. They stopped Pop Idol (Idol’s mommy) years ago. I’m pretty sure those presenters went over to X-Factor or Britain’s Got Talent or something. I mean, who are you going to have host US X-Factor? Brian Dunkleman? No one knows who that is! If you are looking for him, he’s in Ryan Seacrest imagination, next to Snuffleupagus. (Meaning I have a bit of Brain Dunkleman in my imagination too because I know who Snuffy is).

Well give The Voice a chance.

A lot of people did. 15 million viewers you guys! Beating out Dancing with the Stars, Glee and Idol. Hooray! See NBC?! You can still do it. Just don’t let Jay Leno do anything else because he already had a part in one of my favorite shows death: Heroes. Yes Leno killed Heroes. Stupid 10 o’clock show….

Ending the night:

It was guilty pleasure night on Dancing with the Stars. I don’t know what that means but there was a mega boyband and Hanson.

I love the Backstreet Boys, I love New Kids on the Block, I don’t know how I feel about a mega BOYBAND but my inner teeny bopper will take it. I saw NKOTB two summers ago and I still screamed my head off.

I think I will be hearing a lot of backlash from the other half of this blog, but don’t you think that  the Backstreet Boys should have taken some real time off? Like the New Kids? Just a suggestion… (PAULA).

So anyways back to their performances. I don’t care so much for the mega boyband song but hooray for the oldies. Did you see Marky Mark’s brother get down? I guess he will be a front runner for next year’s cast.

However, Hanson had the best performance of the night. They have always been fun. I was totally jamming out to “MmmBop”.

Lastly, who is this Pia girl? She didn’t win Idol right? So why is she all over the place like she did? I mean, she’s no J-Hud, Clay Aiken, or that kid. I didn’t know that you could just go on to another network like that. Isn’t there a contract? I mean Dancing with the Stars and American Idol are competition. It’s like the guy who owns Pepsi having his house stocked up on Coca-Cola. Does anyone else see this madness???

Anyways, it was long post. If you made it through the whole thing, you clearly have nothing else to do and we should be best friends

Hooray! The Vampire Diaries returned from a ridiculously long hiatus last night. It felt like MONTHS. I still don’t understand these long hiatuses. I mean you can’t just leave people waiting like that forever. You know!

So after returning from such a long time I was thinking that we would get down to the nitty-gritty, right? Does anyone else fell short changed? There were really surprising moments and good looking moments (any moment with Mr. Somerhalder shirtless is a win for an episode). But I felt there was a whole lot of nothing going on. I looked up at the time when I watching it and there was only like 15 minutes left and I was like I have nothing! Well I guess until the end… You know, the Klaus thing. Which can someone please explain to me.

So here are some low and highlights:

Low

Bonnie and Jeremy.  It’s cute and all but really boring. Yes, Bonnie enters a house, they lock Damon out, Jeremy stands there all confused (me too Jeremy), tons of whispering, some crying and then she goes all X-men Storm. Yawn. I don’t get this whole Vampire-Werewolf-Witch formula. I didn’t really like it so much on Buffy and not looking forward to it on True Blood. They should bring a gypsy into the mix like they did on Buffy. That would be cool….   or Zombies…..aliens…

Tyler.  Where is he? When is he returning? I miss him. His story line begins to rock and then he’s sent away. People die and leave too quickly on this show. Come back Tyler, but this time not with Jules. I don’t get her plan and I don’t want to know it too.

Moonstone. Whose genius idea was to leave the moonstone in the soap dish? Just saying.

Highlights 

Isobel.  It was random and unexpected but it was great addition to the show. Like I said people die to quickly on the show but Isobel’s death had some meaning behind it (in comparisons to Uncle Mason— too quick!) It was sad though. Poor Elena.

Elena and John.  That was a touching moment at the end with her accepting him into her life. It is true she doesn’t have any parents. Which brings me to a wonderful discussion I had with some friends. Vampires are distracting. I mean when is the last time Elena went to school or Sookie had a full work week. Paula said it’s because of bad parenting which definitely Elena is a product of, won’t you agree? My other friend said that Buffy was distracted too but the thing is that was a part of Buffy’s job description: “In every generation there is a chosen one. She alone will stand against the vampires, the demons and the forces of darkness. She is the Slayer.” I digress…

Damon and Stefan.  Brotherly love. It’s rare especially between those two but it’s sweet when it happens. The only thing that would have made the moment better if they did a happy dance. I do happy dance when I know something awesome that no one else knows. Especially if my life depended on it. And face it we all miss Damon’s dancing.

Klaus.  I don’t know where to put this in the high or low lights section because I’m just confused. So Paul Wesley joined Twitter and then is following this guy who is “playing” Klaus but Matt Davis (Alaric) is Klaus. WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!?!?! Like I get it, Isobel kidnapped Ric and sent him somewhere, I guess to be Klaus but when are we going to see the actor dude playing Klaus. No offense, I think Matt Davis is a wonderful actor and I enjoyed his accent (very Dracula) but nothing good is going to come of that. I don’t think you can embody an Original and then live to tell about it. I think Ric is going to die and this makes me sad. 

Things I would like to see:

Tyler.  Bring him back already! I liked the Caroline and Tyler relationship. Matt cries too much. Oh by the way, poor Matt. He really suffers from bad parenting. He’s practically and orphan. How can support himself busing tables at the grill. Poor guy. But still bring back Tyler minus the Jules. She makes werewolves not fun.

Damon find love.  What happened to his girlfriend? I think it’s time for Damon and Elena to get together now. I do enjoy his misery over it though. Ian does great existential acting. (“Who am I? What am I?”)

Katherine… die.  I’m over the parent trap game. Or get Katherine to get with Stefan and bring Elena and Damon closer together.

And Klaus.  I want to see the real Klaus show up. I hope it’s not through flashbacks because I think that if that’s true, Ric is gone, gone, gone.

Preview for next week. Geez! Mystic falls always has something going on? Return of another school dance. If I was Elena I would just get my GED and just live somewhere up in the mountains or something. This girl attends more dances then she does school. Well hopefully this is like the episode says “The Last Dance” (looks promising).
